Old Smokey wood chips are used to add wood smoke flavour to food cooked on gas BBQ's, charcoal grills or electric smokers.
Hickory is the most commonly used wood for smoking. With its sweet to strong, heavy bacon flavour, it pairs nicely with poultry, pork, ham, cheese, and sausage.

1. Preheat your Gas or Charcoal Grill to desired temperature.
2. Place smoker chips into a smoker box and place on the grill or use a foil pouch with 1-2 small holes.
3. Close the lid of the BBQ to allow the smoke to flavour the meat.
